Position: Asst Manager/ Dy Manager- SCM( Operation Technology)

Location: Faridabad/ Noida

Reporting To: SCM -Head

Criteria: B.E/B.Tech with 5+ Years in experience in Supply Planning with Digitalization Exposure

Technical Experience: ERP (Oracle), Data Analytics, Power BI, MES/WMS/TMS/QMT/Demand Forecasting tool.

Job Purpose:

- This role primarily drives- Planning, MIS and Operations Technology, IT enablement, leading digitalisation of SCM through effective use of the Quote Management Tool (QMT), ensuring BOM accuracy, and advancing automation across manufacturing, warehouse, transport, and SCM systems. The position is critical for enhancing process efficiency, enabling IT-driven operations, and building scalability to support Company’s growing business needs.
- This role primarily drives IT enablement, leading digitalisation of SCM through effective use of the Quote Management Tool (QMT), ensuring BOM accuracy, and advancing automation across manufacturing, warehouse, transport, and SCM systems.
- KRAs are aligned to IT enablement & IT Automation in place of preparing MTP/AOP.

Key Responsibilities:

Budgeting

- Prepare MTP, AOP for digitalizaiton of back end operations
- Prepare digitalization road map for the business in the MTP period
- Prepare BOM typology wise for budgeting purpose

Quote Management





- Develop Quote Management tool to support current product development plan as per MTP
- Ensure BOM accuracy of the developed products
- Ensure timely implementation of ECNs in the QMT to capture updated BOM
- MES
- Ensure development of Mfg module in QMT to enable MES
- Implement production planning module for batch optimization, capacity planning from QMT
- Implement MES to avoid manual intervention in operations
- Integration of new profiles with machining details (macros) to enable MES

WMS & Traceability

- Implement traceability (MES/WMS) of WIP & FG to ensure fool proof delivery of products at customer site
- Implement automation of Oracle entries to capture live transactions

TMS

- Implement TMS to capture live tracking of trucks/orders capture PODs online
- Billing online to make fool proof automate PR/PO process of all transport bills & installation bills

Digitalizaiton in SCM

- Automate Glass ordering through EVA-Oracle-CTPL integration
- Automate MTO (PDM/Pletaed mesh) ordering populate BOM demand for futrue periods using UEOB
- Inventory planning for projects using UeOB & Project schedules

Planning & MIS

- Capacity planning & demand allocation automation
- Populate BOM demand for the MTP period for procurement planning work out typology wise demand and forecast for future periods work out typology wise cost (Rs/sft)

Survey module & Re-order modules

- Effective implementation of Survey module for 100% digital surveys
- Effective implementation of re-order modules for error free re-order (replacements/after sales) PI generation automatically

Master Data Management

- Ensure master data management (rates & article codes, Oracle codes)
- ECN tracking & implementation
