- Manage direct intervention projects of CRY as assigned ensuring planning, monitoring and evaluation
- Manage partnerships of CRY by ensuring grant disbursal, planning and monitoring of such initiatives as assigned for the partner organization.
- Support capacity building initiatives
- Manage 45 initiatives, including sub-regional processes and direct implementation projects.
- Support partner organization and DI initiatives budgeting, fund disbursement, financial reporting and budget monitoring.
- Monitor programme and financial performance, ensuring accountability, compliance and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure quality report writing and support in proposal writing.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum of four years of professional experience in implementing and managing urban/Rural development initiatives;
experience of monitoring grants; valuable and verifiable report-writing experience, have networking abilities and government interface experience; and donor reporting and handling experience.
- Having experience of direct implementation projects planning, monitoring and reporting would be added advantage, along with experience of CSR initiative implementation and reporting.
- The candidate should have good communication skills and should be able to work in a multicultural/multilingual environment. She/he should be able to understand data and analyze data for program improvement. The candidate should have experience in training field implementers.
- Excellent written and spoken command of English (Knowledge of Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati and would be an added advantage)
