Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for independent shift handling and managing floor operations within the production department.
- Execute plastic product process troubleshooting to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
- Manage process rejection control and material weight optimization.
- Allocate and control manpower ranging from 100 to 200 personnel per shift.
- Handle robot operations and setup.
- Operate and monitor molding machines, specifically Haitian, Tedric, L&T;, and CLF systems.
- Apply working knowledge of plastic raw materials, covering both commodity and engineering plastics.
- Utilize computer systems and ERP software such as SAP and Finsys for daily operations.
