Location: Delhi / Chennai / Bangalore Practice: Government & Public Sector | Education & Skilling

Role Summary Lead and support strategy consulting engagements focused on education, skilling, TVET, digital learning, higher education and public sector transformation initiatives.

Education Full-time MBA, Economics, Public Policy or related discipline from a reputed institution.

Experience Minimum 5+ years of management consulting experience

Key Responsibilities Deliver strategy, policy and transformation projects for government and development sector clients (public and private clients). Conduct market research, data analysis and stakeholder consultations. Develop reports, presentations, frameworks and recommendations.

Manage project plans, risks,



timelines and client communication. Support business development, proposal creation and knowledge building. Track emerging trends in education technology, skilling and workforce development.

Required Skills Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent report writing and presentation skills Quantitative and qualitative research expertise Stakeholder management and client engagement Advanced PowerPoint and Excel proficiency

Additional Expectations Independently manage modules, support project delivery, coordinate stakeholders and contribute to thought leadership.
