Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager HR role based in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.

The Assistant

Manager HR will coordinate training and development initiatives, assist with policy implementation, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining HR records and dashboards, managing payroll inputs and benefits administration, and addressing employee queries in a timely and professional manner. The role also contributes to HR projects, process improvements, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to strengthen organizational culture.

Qualifications

- Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation.
- Experience with performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation.
- Knowledge of payroll processes, benefits administration, and compliance with Indian labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/HRMS tools, with the ability to maintain accurate reports and dashboards.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills, with a collaborative and ethical approach.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in FMCG or Retail
