- Supervise and manage the claims processing team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
- Oversee end-to-end claims handling across general, medical, and life insurance domains.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and escalations related to claims.
- Monitor claims workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with underwriting, customer service, and other departments to streamline claims operations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain high performance and adherence to SLAs.
- Prepare and present reports on claims performance, fraud detection, and operational efficiency.
