Policy Deployment Ensure the implementation of Group strategic EHS initiatives in the plant Improve the processes continually inline with Global and statutory changes.

Environment

Drive conservation of resources in plant - air, water, energy etc., inline with Group goal and objectives Drive the carbon footprint reduction and green initiatives in plant Ensure alignment of Group policies with related laws, regulations and relevant certification standards. Drive environmental incident free operations to ensure business continuity in plant. Ensure certification of plants for ISO 14001 and documentation with periodical review to meet the requirement Health &

- Safety Ensure the implementation of BBS (Behaviour Based Safety) activities Ensure to do Plant EHS maturity assessment as per road map Ensure the alignment of Group policies with related laws, regulations and relevant certification standards. Ensure to drive incident risk free climate to protect employees,



assets to ensure business continuity in plant Ensure employee health by addressing and improving occupational health/ ergonomics related matters Ensure certification of plants for ISO 45001 and documentation with periodical review to meet the requirement Moniter Raw Water consumption, food waste data, carbon foot prints, ETP/STP discharge etc Compliance Ensure compliance to all applicable EHS related laws and regulations in plant Ensure the compliance status of GEMBA/ Audit observations, legal compliance, HIRA &
- AIA etc.

Talent Management

Ensure the celebration of plant level EHS Promotional Events (Safety Week, Fire day &
- Workplace Day celebration etc. Lead training and awareness on EHS amongst EHS Team & all employees in plant Ensure the implementation and deployment of all shared EHS best practices, knowledge and lessons learnt horizontally Ensure the implementation of group EHS Reward &
- Recognition policies
