Preferred Technical Skills:

1. Need to be well-informed of Commercial Lending which includes:
2. End-to-end lifecycle of a commercial loans from origination to closure
3. Knowledge of loan origination and underwriting processes including credit evaluation, KYC, and risk analysis
4. Proficiency in loan booking/boarding using commercial lending systems and interpreting legal/ attorney documentation
5. Expertise in loan servicing payment schedules, rate changes, amortization, and customer service functions
6. Experience with payment processing handling principal, interest, fees, payoffs, and reconciliations
7. Understanding of collateral management lien tracking, UCC filings, collateral monitoring.
8. Familiarity with covenant monitoring tracking borrower compliance with financial and non-financial covenants
9. Familiarity with various loan products: term loans, revolving lines of credit, construction loans, SBA loans, etc
10. Acquaintance to regulatory and compliance requirements in US commercial lending (e.g., OCC, FDIC, SOX)
11.



Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements in syndicated loans

12. Process improvement skills
13. Experience in developing training modules for US-based clients
