Assistant Manager – Claims Adjudication

Location: Infopark, Kochi,Kerala*

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: Minimum 5+ Years in Claims Adjudication and Minimum 1 year in Team handling*

Salary: ₹12–14 LPA

Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM , WFO

FACETS Experience: Minimum 1–1.5 years of hands-on experience is Mandatory

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in US healthcare claims adjudication, preferably with team-handling/leadership experience.
- Minimum 1–1.5 years of hands-on experience in FACETS.
- Proven experience in team leadership and people management within a healthcare claims/BPO setting.
- Experience in attrition and shrinkage management.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the team handling the end-to-end US healthcare claims lifecycle, including claim intake, adjudication, corrections, and appeals.
- Provide technical guidance on FACETS-based claims processing, ensuring accurate and timely adjudication as per client and payer guidelines.
- Oversee claims involving COB (Coordination of Benefits), E/M (Evaluation & Management), AR,



and FTC processes, ensuring appropriate claim handling and resolution.
- Review complex and escalated claims, including denials, appeals, and claim corrections, and provide appropriate resolution within defined TAT and quality standards.
- Manage and monitor appeals processing, including denial analysis and resolution of complex claims related to Retraction, Cotiviti, and Nucleus denials.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year
