As a key role within the HSEQ Team, your advice and support to Managers, Supervisors, and Colleagues will be instrumental to the improvement of the service that the HSEQ department, provides to all Employees across the Adsun Group. You will support and enable the Adsun Group to exceed its statutory and contractual obligations in managing all HSEQ aspects across a diverse risk landscape, by ensuring that sound Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) practices are identified, documented, and fully aligned to the key business drivers, whilst also ensuring that these are understood and complied with throughout the organisation. This role will be responsible for supporting the maintenance and continual improvement of Adsun’s Integrated Management System (IMS) covering ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001, and to ensure that our IMS, is fully compliant, and in keeping with the applicable industry standards.

The HSEQ Manager will provide support in all areas relating Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ).

Key Role and Responsibilities:

· Implement, IMCA Competency Assessment Scheme (CAS), as well as Continual Professional Development Program (CPD) to Diving Supervisors, and Divers as appropriate.



The Assessors that carry out the Supervisors’ or Diver’s Assessment must be from the specific discipline, and must have gone through and passed Adsun’s Competence Assessment and Training (CAT) Scheme, and in possession of Log Book and Certificates.

· To support with coordination and completion of ISO9001 / ISO14001 / ISO45001 audits, and support operational team external audits.

· HSE Manager to facilitate compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines. The goal is to establish a protected workplace according to legal standards and support the development of OHSA's Policies and Programs.

· To prepare RFQ as per Company/Project requirements, for HSE related items.

· To maintain/monitor HSE statistics for Company and Project Sites; to study and improve HSE statistics.

· Inventory management and maintenance of monthly records of Medical Equipment as per IMCA DMAC 015 (current/valid Revision) at all worksites, yards, and stores.

· Assist in development of Diving Project Plan, Hyperbaric Evacuation Procedure, in close coordination with the Diving Supervisors / Superintendents / Project Engineers. Prepare Emergency Response Plan (ERP), Bridging Documents and MOC as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
