To manage and lead the complete HR and Administration function for the manufacturing plant, ensuring adequate manpower, smooth employee relations, statutory compliance, workforce discipline, employee engagement and development.

The HR Manager will act as the key HR partner to the Plant Head and department heads, ensuring that the organization has the right people, skills and HR systems to achieve production and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manpower Planning & Recruitment
- Factory HR & Employee Relations

Handle day-to-day HR activities for plant employees and workmen.

Maintain positive employee relations and industrial relations.

Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, absenteeism and employee complaints.

- Labour Law & Statutory Compliance

Ensure compliance with applicable Indian labour laws and factory requirements, including:

Factories Act / applicable occupational safety requirements EPF, ESIC, Payment of Wages, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour regulations,Payment of maternity benefits,Shops & Establishments requirements, wherever applicable,



POSH compliance,

Standing Orders / service rules, where applicable ,Maharashtra-specific labour requirements.

Experience

Typically 8–12 years of HR experience, with at least 4–6 years in a manufacturing plant HR role.

Experience in food processing, FMCG, frozen food, dairy, beverages, cold chain or other labour-intensive manufacturing would be highly preferred.
