Position: Assistant Consultant

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Experience Required: 3 Years

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Educational Qualification :-

B.E. / M.E. in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.

Job Purpose :-

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Assistant Consultant to support Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement projects at multiple client locations. The candidate will work closely with senior consultants and be involved in data analysis, documentation, audits, process studies, and project implementation activities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :-

- Prepare SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), presentations, posters, and other project-related documentation.
- Collect, organize, and analyze operational data related to production, rejection, productivity, electricity consumption, and sales.
- Conduct work studies, time-motion studies, and bottleneck analysis on shop floor operations.
- Assist in conducting 5S, Energy, and Process Audits.
- Support senior consultants in project execution and other priority assignments.
- Coordinate with client teams and ensure timely follow-up and task completion.




- Visit client locations along with senior consultants for project implementation activities.
- Support Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives.
- Prepare reports and maintain necessary project documentation.

Technical Skills Required :-

- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Robust analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Good documentation and report preparation skills.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor operations.
