Assistant Clinic In-Charge

We are looking for a responsible and organized Assistant Clinic In-Charge to support the day-to-day operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate should have good communication and coordination skills, be comfortable handling patients and staff, and be able to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Clinic In-Charge in managing daily clinic operations.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, reception and support staff.
- Manage patient appointments, registrations and queries.
- Ensure patients receive a professional and welcoming experience.
- Monitor staff attendance, duties and daily workflow.
- Maintain clinic records, reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure availability of clinic supplies.
- Support billing, cash handling and basic administrative activities.
- Ensure cleanliness, discipline and compliance with clinic procedures.




- Handle patient concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Prepare daily operational reports for management.
- Follow clinic policies, safety standards and applicable regulations.

Requirements
- Graduate or relevant qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in clinic, hospital or healthcare administration preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Professional, polite and patient-focused attitude.
