Job Summary

We are looking for an Associate Acquisition Manager – CASA to drive the acquisition of new Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) customers. The role involves identifying prospects, generating leads, onboarding customers, and achieving assigned acquisition and revenue targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new customers for Savings Accounts and Current Accounts through field sales, references, leads, and local market activities.
- Generate and manage leads through direct sourcing, corporate tie-ups, referrals, and other channels.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA acquisition and revenue targets.
- Identify prospective customers and understand their banking and financial requirements.
- Explain account features, products, services, and digital banking solutions to customers.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of account-opening documentation and KYC requirements.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into active customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve retention and cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with branch operations and other internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products such as FDs, insurance, loans, credit cards, and investment products.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales performance.
- Ensure adherence to the bank's compliance, KYC, AML, and internal sales policies.
