About the Role

We're looking for an Assistant Accountant (Tally Entry Operator) to support day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries. No specific educational qualification is required the role calls for solid, advanced working knowledge of Tally, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities

- Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately in Tally

- Maintain ledgers, invoices, and basic bookkeeping entries

- Reconcile accounts and assist with basic financial reporting

- Maintain parallel records in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting

- Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities

- Assist with vendor and payment-related data entry

- Coordinate with the accounts team on documentation and filing

What We're Looking For

- Advanced working knowledge of Tally

- Advanced working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets

- Valuable attention to detail and numerical accuracy

- Comfortable using basic AI tools for productivity
