Role & responsibilities:

- Bachelors degree in engineering with 5+ years of successful professional experience in sales & supplier costing activities, parts development & purchasing activities etc.

- Good commodity knowledge of Seat covering (PU, PVC & Fabric), Press parts, injection moulding, assembly process, etc.

- Knowledge of RFQs, pricing, commercial negotiation, localization, VA/VE

- Demonstrated ability to do cost analysis and willingness to learn and apply Hyundai Transys thinking to supplier process and value streams.

- Prepare detailed product cost sheets, analyse raw material, labor, overhead & conversion cost

- Review BOM(Bill of material), process costing, profitability improvement.

- Monitor cost fluctuations & recommendations for price revision.

- Support annual price increase/decrease negotiations.

Preferred skills:-





- Recognised Certificate of BE/B Tech in Mechanical/Automobile.

- Working experience in multinational/national automobile companies especially Seat parts.

- Working experiences in Hyundai or KIA or in group companies.

- Current working shouldnt be in Hyundai or KIA or group companies.
