Responsibilities
- Process corporate actions such as dividends, bonuses, rights, mergers, splits, and buybacks.
- Manage entitlement processing and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with custodians, NSDL/CDSL, and brokers.
- Handle exceptions and resolve reconciliation issues.
- Prepare Excel reports, MIS, and required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in Asset Servicing or Corporate Actions.
- Valuable understanding of the corporate actions lifecycle.
- Knowledge of entitlement processing and reconciliation.
- Experience with custodians, NSDL/CDSL, and brokers.
- Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting.
- Strong stakeholder coordination and attention to detail.
