Role Description The Assembly Fitter will work on-site in Pimpri Chinchwad and Pan India in a full-time capacity, assembling EOAT systems, vacuum and mechanical grippers, fixtures, and CNC/VMC machined components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Daily tasks include mechanical fitting, alignment, and installation of components, using hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments to ensure accurate assembly and quality standards. The role involves interpreting technical drawings, performing basic adjustments and troubleshooting during assembly,



and collaborating with the production, design, and quality teams to meet project timelines.

The Assembly

Fitter will also support pre-dispatch inspections, assist in packaging and preparation for on-site commissioning, and adhere to all safety and housekeeping practices in the workshop.

Qualifications

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly diagrams, and basic mechanical schematics.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical fitting, component alignment, and use of hand and power tools.
- Proficiency with measurement instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and dial indicators.
- Knowledge of industrial automation, press shop tooling, or EOAT/fixture assemblies is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of CNC/VMC machined components and their integration in assemblies is beneficial.
- Solid attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with production and design teams.
- Diploma/ITI in Fitter, Mechanical, or related trade, or equivalent practical experience in mechanical assembly.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pimpri Chinchwad and follow all safety and workplace guidelines.

Experience- o to 2 years.

Salary - 25 k to 35 k per month or depends on knowledge and experience.
