Preferred Candidate Profile

- ITI Freshers in Electronics, Electrical, Fitter, Mechanic, or related trades preferred.

- Candidates with basic technical knowledge of electronics/electrical products may also be considered.

- Freshers with positive learning ability and a technical aptitude can be recruited.

- Ability to work on an assembly line and follow SOPs and work instructions.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble electronic massager products as per approved work instructions.

- Perform component fitting, wiring, PCB/module installation, motor fitting, battery installation, and other assembly activities as applicable.

- Use hand tools and basic testing equipment safely.

- Conduct basic visual and functional checks during assembly.

- Identify abnormal sounds, loose connections, damaged components, or other defects and report them to the Supervisor.

- Maintain production quantity and quality targets.

- Follow safety rules, 5S, and workplace discipline.

- Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and proper handling of components.

- Support packing and other production activities whenever required.Role & responsibilities
