Job Title: AC/ HVAC Sales Executive

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full-time The HVAC Sales Engineer is responsible for generating sales of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and solutions through direct client engagement, technical presentations, and project coordination. The role involves understanding client requirements, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC domain (commercial, residential, and industrial sectors).
- Conduct technical meetings with consultants, architects, contractors, and end clients to promote HVAC products and solutions.
- Prepare and submit technical proposals, quotations, and cost estimates based on project requirements.
- Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure accurate sizing and selection of equipment.
- Negotiate with clients to finalize orders within approved margins.
- Coordinate with design, execution, and procurement teams to ensure timely project delivery.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for payments, project updates, and after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and prepare sales reports for management.
- Stay updated with the latest market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems (Chillers, VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, Ductable Units, etc.).
- Good understanding of load calculation, equipment selection, and design principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and tender documents.
- Customer-focused approach with positive relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic knowledge preferred), and CRM tools.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Additional certification in HVAC Design or Project Management is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
