About the role:

We are building an AI-native platform from scratch: a knowledge layer, agents that reason over it, and the applications people use. The architecture is an open page.

You design it, you build alongside the team, and you own what ships. The Senior Data Architect reports to you.

Experience: 8-12 years

Location: Bangalore ( Hybrid)

What you will do:

- Own the system design. Design the whole system data, agents, applications. Decide how the layers connect, and what is not allowed to.
- Set authorisation and tenant isolation once, for everything. Client data stays separated by construction, not by convention.
- Own the single governed interface through which anything leaves the platform.
- Own the deployment model hosted by us, deployed into a client's setting, or handed over. We deliver as a service, not a licence.
- Design the agent layer. Decide what agents may read, what they may act on, and where a human sits in the loop.
- Own retrieval and provenance. Retrieval runs over a modelled knowledge graph, not a document index structured traversal decides, embeddings propose.



Every answer must be citable: provenance travels with the output, or the output does not ship.
- Own evaluation. These systems are non-deterministic, and "it looked right in the demo" is not a release gate.
- Own latency, cost and model strategy, including where a smaller or local model is the right answer.
- Own the backlog. Demand exceeds capacity permanently; building the mechanism that decides order, and defending it, is part of the job.
- Own availability, disaster recovery, security, performance and cost for the platform as a whole.
- Lead the team and stay in the code. This is not a role that stops building.
