The firm offers Virtual CFO services and handles litigation matters related to refunds and demands with the Income Tax and GST departments. It has expertise in international taxation, including IFRS (IndAS), and supports clients in managing complex cross-border tax issues.

The firm also specializes in registration and regular compliance for NGOs and non-profit organizations, ensuring adherence to income tax and related regulations.

Role Description The Article Trainee will support the firm’s chartered accountants in executing assignments related to taxation, accounting, and regulatory compliance. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in bookkeeping, preparation and filing of GST and Income Tax returns, working on audits, helping with documentation for litigation and assessments, and supporting compliance work for NGOs and non-profit organizations. The role also involves research on tax and accounting standards (including IndAS/IFRS), preparing working papers, and maintaining accurate client records.

This is a full time,



on-site role based in New Delhi, requiring close collaboration with the firm’s team and direct exposure to client engagements.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in accounting principles, taxation concepts (Income Tax, GST), and basic audit procedures.
- Ability to prepare and review financial statements, working papers, and compliance-related documentation with attention to detail.
- Comfort with research on tax laws, IndAS/IFRS, and regulatory updates, and ability to summarize findings clearly.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), and familiarity with accounting and tax filing software or willingness to learn quickly.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and clients.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to tasks and deadlines.
- Enrollment in CA course (IPCC/Intermediate cleared or as per ICAI requirements for articleship) or equivalent accounting qualification path.
- High level of integrity, willingness to learn, and ability to work full-time on-site in Current Delhi.
