**Bharti AXA Life Insurance is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Head – Direct Distribution to lead business growth and sales operations in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business growth and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
- Lead, coach and develop the Direct Distribution sales team.
- Manage customer acquisition, lead generation and conversion.
- Monitor team productivity, sales funnel and business performance.
- Develop and execute territory-level sales strategies.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service.
- Drive cross-selling and portfolio growth.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes and regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience in Life Insurance/BFSI sales.
- Strong experience in Direct Distribution preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong team-management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities.
- Willing to work in office from Ranchi/Hatia.
