We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Architect with 35 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of technical working drawings, site execution, and materials, along with proficiency in architectural design and visualization software.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and develop detailed technical and working drawings.
- Coordinate and support site execution as per approved designs and drawings.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of architectural materials, finishes, and their applications.
- Create and develop 2D and 3D visualizations for architectural and interior projects.
- Prepare 3D models, presentations, and realistic renderings as required.
- Coordinate design requirements with the site team and ensure drawings are implemented accurately.
- Review drawings and designs to ensure accuracy, functionality, and design intent.

Required Skills





- Solid understanding of technical working drawings and construction details.
- Practical knowledge of site execution and materials.
- Proficiency in:

1. AutoCAD
2. SketchUp
3. 3ds Max
4. Adobe Photoshop
5. Lumion or V-Ray for rendering

- Good design and visualization skills.
- Ability to understand and execute architectural concepts through drawings and 3D visualization.

Eligibility

- B.Arch degree is mandatory.
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in architecture.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the office. Remote/work-from-home arrangements are not available.

Compensation & Work Arrangement Work Mode: Work from office only.
