Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to lead the design and execution of residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects. The candidate should be skilled in architectural software, building codes, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with clients to understand needs and translate ideas into design
- Ensure designs meet building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Conduct site visits and manage on-site activities when necessary
- Prepare feasibility studies and presentations

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite

- Robust knowledge of building codes and construction methods
- Excellent communication, design, and visualization skills
