Role & responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution while maintaining design integrity.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, consultants, and project teams to drive efficient project execution.
- Work closely with Directors, Project Managers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks affecting project timelines, budgets, and quality.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to streamline execution and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Design & Technical Expertise:

- Develop cutting-edge architectural and interior design solutions that reflect Lyfe Hotels uxury and hospitality ethos.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation for architectural and interior fit-out projects.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability and resolve design challenges proactively.
- Utilize BIM (Building Information Modeling)



and CAD tools for accurate project documentation and coordination.

Stakeholder & Communication Management:

- Maintain clear, proactive communication with project stakeholders, including ownership, consultants, and vendors.
- Ensure alignment of design vision and execution across all project teams.
- Facilitate collaboration between Directors, Project Managers, and consultants to achieve project milestones efficiently.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- 5+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably in luxury hospitality or commercial projects.
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, interior fit-outs, and material specifications.
- Familiarity with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability best practices.
- Exceptional project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality standards.
- LEED certification or experience in sustainable design is a plus.
