nAt Mianzi, we are building a futuristic design brand out of bamboo and other natural materials. The goal is straightforward. Create products that feel new, not recycled. Push Indian craft into a space it has not occupied before.

nThis role is for someone who wants to do real work. Not just make presentations.

nThe Work

nYou will design products from scratch and take them all the way to production.

nThis includes:

- Thinking through ideas without relying on references
n
- Building CAD models and solving for real constraints
n
- Working directly with artisans and figuring out what actually works
n
- Iterating fast until the product is right
n
- A lot of this will be unclear at the start. That is intentional.
n

nWhat Matters

n

n
- 1+ years in product or industrial design
n
- Strong working skills in Rhino, AutoCAD, Photoshop
n
- Architects are welcome [and preferred]
n

- You can generate ideas on your own
n
- You move with speed and do not wait to be pushed
n
- You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
n
- You are comfortable getting things wrong and fixing them quickly

- You care about the final product, not just how it looks on screen
