Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide Arabic language support to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process transactions, answer questions, and provide product information to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.
Job Requirements :
- Proficiency in speaking Arabic language (written communication skills are also required).
- 0-8 years of experience in BPO voice process or similar industry.
- Robust understanding of Arabic grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
