We are looking for an experienced AR Lead with strong expertise in Accounts Receivable and US Healthcare RCM to lead the AR team, monitor performance, and drive timely resolution of outstanding accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and guide the AR team to achieve productivity, quality and collection targets.
- Monitor AR aging, outstanding accounts, follow-ups and collections.
- Handle denial management, appeals and account resolution.
- Analyze AR performance and identify process gaps and improvement areas.
- Prepare and track MIS/KPI reports and team performance metrics.
- Handle client escalations and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve productivity and quality.
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines and client requirements.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in AR / Accounts Receivable, preferably in US Healthcare RCM.
- Strong knowledge of AR follow-up, denial management and aging.
- Prior team handling / leadership experience.
- Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with US Healthcare clients/payers is preferred.
- Immediate / Short Notice Joiners preferred due to the urgent requirement.
