Role Description The AR Caller / Sr. AR Caller is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for managing accounts receivable activities, including making outbound calls to insurance companies and other payers to follow up on claims, resolve denials, and secure timely payments.

Daily tasks include reviewing patient accounts, verifying claim status, documenting call outcomes, updating billing systems, and escalating complex issues when needed. The role involves working closely with internal teams to clarify documentation, ensure accurate coding and billing, and meet individual and team productivity and quality targets. The Sr.

AR Caller may also guide less experienced team members,



support process improvements, and contribute to maintaining strong client relationships through reliable performance.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes, including AR follow-up, denial management, and claim resolution.
- Experience making high-volume, skilled calls to insurance companies and payers, with clear and confident communication skills.
- Ability to review and interpret EOBs, ERA reports, billing details, and payer policies accurately.
- Proficiency with medical billing software, practice management systems, and basic MS Office tools.
- Attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets while managing multiple accounts.
- Previous experience as an AR Caller or Sr. AR Caller in a healthcare or medical billing setting is required.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required, and collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree or equivalent; additional training in medical billing or revenue cycle management is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and a commitment to ethical and compliant work practices.
