Role & responsibilities

- Assist the Production,Engineering and Paint Shop team in day-to-day manufacturing activities.

- Understand and follow mechanical engineering drawings and basic specifications.

- Assist in monitoring fabrication, machining, assembly paint and production activities.

- Support supervisors and engineers in ensuring work is carried out according to drawings and required specifications.

- Learn and assist in checking dimensions, measurements and basic quality parameters.

- Assist the Quality team in identifying manufacturing defects and discrepancies.

- Coordinate with shop-floor workers and supervisors for smooth execution of production work.

- Follow company safety procedures, 5S practices and housekeeping standards.

- Perform other engineering and production-related duties assigned by the reporting supervisor.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong interest in manufacturing and mechanical engineering.

- Willingness to work and learn in a shop-floor workplace.

- Basic understanding of mechanical engineering concepts.

- Willingness to learn new manufacturing processes and technical skills.
