Role & responsibilities
- Identify training needs and design learning programs for agency and sales teams at the branch.
- Conduct product, sales, and compliance training to improve team performance and productivity.
- Support onboarding and induction of recent agents and advisors.
- Monitor training effectiveness and track improvement in sales metrics and competencies.
- Provide on-field coaching, mentoring, and skill development support to agency partners.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and company-mandated training requirements.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Maintain training records, reports, and performance dashboards for the branch.
