Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within enterprise planning and budgeting systems.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose problems and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address system challenges.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to document issues and interact with stakeholders.
