Role & responsibilities

Application Support & Incident Management

- Provide L1 production support for Treasury applications.
- Monitor application health, system performance, and batch processes.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and business teams for issue resolution.
- Support application deployments, release activities, and change requests.

Treasury Business Support

- Support Treasury operations including:

- Money Market

- Foreign Exchange (FX)

- Fixed Income Securities
- Understand treasury workflows and provide business support during critical processing periods.
- Assist users with functional and technical queries.

Monitoring & Operations

- Perform daily health checks and production monitoring.
- Monitor interfaces, APIs, batch jobs, and middleware components.
- Manage production issues and coordinate recovery activities.

Technical Support

- Analyze application logs and performance metrics.
- Support integrations involving APIs, web services, and messaging systems.
- Work with Unix/Linux environments for application support activities.





Change & Release Management

- Participate in application upgrades and production releases.
- Validate deployments and conduct post-release monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with change management processes.

Documentation & Governance

- Maintain operational runbooks, support procedures, and knowledge repositories.
- Prepare incident reports and RCA documentation.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements.

Preferred candidate profile We are seeking an experienced Application Support Skilled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Treasury Application Support. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of treasury applications that support critical banking and financial operations, foreign exchange, money markets, and Fixed Income Securities

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Treasury Application Support.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Capital Markets domain preferred.
