Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues efficiently.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize business processes. Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- Strong knowledge of application support processes and incident management.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex software issues within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.
- Familiarity with integration points between Oracle Planning and Budgeting and other business systems.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
