Customer Interaction:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide explicit and concise information regarding HVAC products, services, and technical issues.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively.
Technical Support:
- Offer technical assistance to customers with HVAC-related concerns, including troubleshooting and providing guidance on system operation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest HVAC products, technologies, and industry trends.
- Effectively communicate product features, perks, and warranties to customers.
