Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer technical requirements and provide suitable product/application solutions.
- Study customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Prepare technical proposals, product selections, quotations, and application recommendations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, Quality, and R&D; teams for customer requirements.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
- Support customers during product selection, installation, trials, and technical issues.
- Conduct product/application testing and prepare technical reports.
- Identify application problems and provide effective technical solutions.
- Assist in new product development and product improvement activities.
- Conduct customer visits and technical discussions when required.
- Provide technical support to the Sales & Marketing team.




- Maintain application-related documents, reports, drawings, and customer records.
- Ensure solutions comply with quality, safety, and technical standards.
- Follow up on customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.

Qualifications

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- 34 years of experience in Application Engineering, Technical Sales, Product Engineering, or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Positive knowledge of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar engineering software is preferred.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and understand technical requirements.
