Lubi Electronics is looking for an experienced Application Engineer Industrial Automation with hands-on expertise in PLC programming and automation systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting automation solutions for industrial equipment. This role involves close coordination with technicians and customers and requires frequent travel to customer/project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, modify, and implement PLC programs for industrial automation equipment.
- Configure and program HMI, VFD/AC Drives, and Servo Drives.
- Install and commission automation programs at customer/project sites.
- Work closely with technicians during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Test automation systems to ensure proper functionality, efficiency, reliability, and performance.
- Diagnose and resolve PLC, HMI, drive, and control-system issues.
- Understand machine/process requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.
- Support system integration and machine commissioning activities.
- Conduct site visits for installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer support.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, production, and service teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Prepare and maintain relevant technical documentation and program backups.
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers when required.
- Travel regularly to customer locations as part of project execution and support.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in PLC Programming.




- Good knowledge of HMI Programming and Configuration.
- Experience with VFD / AC Drives.
- Experience with Servo Drives and Servo Motion Control.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation and control systems.
- Valuable software programming and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and understand electrical/control panel drawings.
- Experience in machine automation, commissioning, and troubleshooting will be an advantage.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech. or Diploma in:
- Electronics & Communication Engineering
- Instrumentation & Control Engineering

- Electrical Engineering

- Electronics Engineering

- Related disciplines
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in PLC programming/industrial automation.
- Candidates with strong practical exposure to automation projects and commissioning are preferred.
- Willingness to travel is mandatory.
