Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Application Engineer role based in Bengaluru, focusing on Ansys and CREO applications.

The Application

Engineer will provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting, resolving software issues, and guiding users on best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and configuring Ansys and CREO environments, performing simulations and design tasks, validating results, and preparing technical documentation. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to understand engineering requirements, proposing solutions, conducting product demonstrations,



and supporting pre- and post-sales activities.

The Application

Engineer will also contribute to training sessions, application testing, and continuous improvement of workflows and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Technical Support skills, including troubleshooting, customer interaction, and issue resolution.
- Candidates should possess Software Development and scripting skills relevant to engineering applications and workflow automation.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Mechanical Engineering, with experience in CAD/CAE tools such as Ansys and CREO.
- Candidates should possess knowledge in Electrical Engineering for multidisciplinary simulation and integrated product design.
- Candidates should possess Testing skills, including validation of simulation results, verification of models, and quality assurance of engineering workflows.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM systems, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams, manage multiple customer projects, and adapt to evolving technologies and tools.
