Role & responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Appian Tech Lead with 7+ years of overall IT experience to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Appian applications. The role requires robust expertise in Appian BPM, SAIL, Process Models, Records, Appian Sites, integrations, and SQL. Candidates should have hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, external system integrations, debugging, performance optimisation, and Appian architecture best practices.
The candidate will provide technical leadership, conduct code/design reviews, mentor developers, estimate projects, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience with Appian RPA/AI, Agile methodologies, and enterprise application development is preferred.
