We are looking for a confident, creative, and camera-friendly Anchor / Social Media & Marketing Executive who can represent our brand on camera, create engaging social media content, and support digital marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking in front of a camera, creating short-form videos, understanding social media trends, and helping improve our online presence and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Host and appear in Instagram Reels, videos, promotional content, interviews, and other social media content.
- Create engaging and informative short-form video content for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Research trending topics, formats, sounds, and content ideas.
- Write or assist in preparing video scripts, hooks, captions, and content concepts.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, scheduling, captions, hashtags, and basic community engagement.
- Monitor social media performance, including views, reach, engagement, followers, and conversions.
- Assist with digital marketing and performance marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the design, video, and development teams to plan and execute campaigns.
- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on audience response.
- Stay updated with current social media and digital marketing trends.
- Represent the company professionally in videos, events, campaigns, and promotional activities.





Requirements

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confident and comfortable facing the camera.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and performance marketing.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate new content ideas.
- Good understanding of social media trends and audience behaviour.
- Basic knowledge of content creation tools such as Canva or CapCut is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Freshers with strong communication and on-camera confidence are welcome to apply.
