- 1-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in the analytics, AI,

or data-driven consulting space.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets

and provide meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning concepts is

a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey technical findings to non-technical

stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, globally connected, and remote-friendly environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
