About the Company:

White Peak is a joint venture between Varun Beverages Limited (VBL) and Everest International Holdings, engaged in the manufacturing of commercial refrigeration products, including visi coolers and related cooling solutions.

Position: AM - Import Materials

Location: Jainpur, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage import procurement of raw materials, components and other materials as per production requirements.
- Plan and track import material requirements in coordination with Production Planning, Purchase, Stores and Finance teams.
- Identify, evaluate and coordinate with international suppliers for imported materials.
- Handle RFQs, quotations, price negotiations and commercial discussions with overseas suppliers.
- Monitor purchase orders, supplier confirmations and shipment schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, CHA/customs agents and logistics partners for timely shipment and clearance.
- Track shipments from dispatch to port arrival, customs clearance and delivery to plant.
- Ensure availability of required import documentation,



including commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill and other relevant documents.
- Monitor import lead times, delays, shortages and delivery commitments and take corrective action.
- Support cost optimization and freight optimization through supplier and logistics negotiations.
- Coordinate with Finance for LC, advance payments, foreign currency payments and import-related documentation, as applicable.
- Maintain import-related MIS, shipment trackers, supplier records and procurement reports.
- Monitor inventory and ensure optimum stock levels for imported materials while avoiding excess and slow-moving inventory.
- Ensure proper coordination with Stores for material receipt, GRN and inventory reconciliation after arrival.
- Resolve supplier-related issues concerning quality, quantity, documentation and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with applicable import procedures, company policies and statutory requirements.
