About the Role The Airbus H160 B1 Technician will support protected, reliable, and efficient maintenance of the H160 fleet across scheduled, unscheduled, and flight-line activities.

The role is responsible for mechanical inspection, troubleshooting, component replacement, servicing, documentation, and release support while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, compliance, and aircraft availability.

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintenance & Aircraft Readiness

· Perform scheduled and unscheduled H160 maintenance, inspections, servicing, troubleshooting, and defect rectification.

· Inspect, assemble, install, repair, or replace mechanical components and aircraft systems in line with approved data.

· Support aircraft readiness through daily servicing, flight-line checks, refuelling, towing, and operational support tasks.

2. Technical Execution & Documentation

· Use maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, technical publications, and approved procedures to complete assigned tasks.

· Diagnose mechanical defects, recurring faults, leaks, corrosion, rigging issues, and component or system deficiencies.

· Record work progressively and accurately, ensuring technical logs, task cards, parts usage,



and release documentation are complete.

3. Safety, Quality & Compliance

· Comply with aviation, safety, quality, export-control, company management-system, and customer procedures.

· Check tools, ground-support equipment, parts, consumables, documentation, condition, applicability, and expiry before use.

· Maintain FOD discipline, report compliance risks, and act with integrity in all maintenance and customer-support activities.

4. Team Support & Training

· Work effectively with technicians, pilots, engineers, site leadership, customers, and MRO teams to meet delivery and quality targets.

· Support on-the-job training, coach junior technicians, and guide personnel on manuals, safety directives, and FOD procedures.

· Carry out additional duties assigned by the Site Manager or maintenance leadership in support of fleet availability.

What We’re Looking For

Licenses, Experience & Technical Knowledge

· B1 mechanical licence or equivalent aircraft maintenance qualification acceptable to the operating authority.

· Airbus H160 experience or type training preferred; strong medium twin-engine helicopter maintenance experience may be considered.

· Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, rotor systems, transmission, landing gear, hydraulics, controls, servicing, and component replacement.

· Ability to read and apply maintenance manuals, technical publications, wiring diagrams, task cards, and approved repair instructions.

· Comfortable using electronic maintenance records, reporting systems, and standard aviation documentation tools.
