Job Summary The AI Video Editor will be responsible for creating engaging, professional, and creative healthcare videos using AI-based video generation, editing, animation, and content creation tools for the hospital's social media and digital marketing platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Create AI-generated videos for hospital promotions, awareness campaigns, doctor profiles, treatments, and healthcare education.
- Use AI tools to generate video concepts, scripts, visuals, voiceovers, animations, and backgrounds.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Convert written healthcare information into attractive AI-based video content.
- Use AI avatars, AI voiceovers, text-to-video, image-to-video, and animation tools where appropriate.
- Edit and enhance AI-generated videos using professional video editing software.
- Add captions, subtitles, graphics, transitions, background music, voiceovers, and effects.
- Create videos using tools such as Runway, Pika, Kling, HeyGen, Synthesia, CapCut AI, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar AI platforms.
- Use AI tools for script writing, storyboarding, image generation, voice generation, and video enhancement.
- Create content according to current Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media trends.
- Develop creative concepts for hospital services, doctors, departments, health tips, patient awareness, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure all AI-generated healthcare content is accurate, qualified, ethical, and aligned with hospital guidelines.
- Coordinate with doctors and the marketing team to understand content requirements.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure that patient images/videos are used only with proper authorization.
- Take management approval before publishing hospital-related content.




- Maintain an organized library of AI prompts, project files, raw footage, graphics, and completed videos.
- Complete multiple video projects within deadlines.
- Keep updated with new AI video-generation tools, trends, features, and techniques.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of AI video generation and AI content creation tools.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar.
- Knowledge of AI tools for text-to-video, image-to-video, AI avatars, AI voiceovers, and animation.
- Good knowledge of prompt writing/prompt engineering for AI video and image generation.
- Creative thinking and strong visual sense.
- Knowledge of social media trends and short-form video content.
- Good understanding of storytelling, video composition, transitions, and audio.
- Ability to create professional healthcare content while maintaining accuracy and sensitivity.

Qualification & Experience
- Degree/Diploma/Certification in Video Editing, Multimedia, Animation, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in AI-based video creation and editing will be preferred.
- Candidates should have a portfolio/showreel of AI-generated or AI-assisted videos.
- Candidates with strong AI video editing skills and creativity may be considered even without a formal qualification.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
