Role Overview The VR Company is looking for an AI Specialist who is creative and comfortable using AI tools to create high-quality 3D interiors, exteriors, real estate videos, and visual content.

The role will focus on using AI tools, prompting, image/video generation, and creative technology to support our architectural visualization and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Create AI-generated 3D interior and exterior visuals using effective prompts and AI tools.
- Create real estate and commercial development videos using AI-powered image and video generation tools.
- Write and improve prompts to generate realistic architectural visuals and scenes.
- Convert ideas, reference images, and project requirements into AI-generated visual content.
- Experiment with new AI tools for image generation, video generation, animation, and 3D content.
- Enhance and improve existing images and videos using AI tools.
- Work with the 3D, Video, and Creative teams to develop AI-based visual content.
- Create concepts, walkthrough-style videos, property showcases, and promotional visuals using AI.
- Stay updated with new AI tools and techniques that can improve creative workflows.

Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of AI tools and prompting.
- Ability to create AI-generated images and videos.
- Understanding of 3D interiors, exteriors,



architecture, or real estate visuals.
- Good creative and visual sense.
- Ability to understand project requirements and convert them into effective AI prompts.
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Kling, Veo, or similar AI tools.

Good to Have
- Experience creating real estate or commercial development videos.
- Basic knowledge of 3D visualization or architectural rendering.
- Experience with image-to-video and text-to-video AI tools.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Portfolio/showreel of AI-generated images or videos.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
