Job Title: AI Tech Architect (7+ years)

Company: Hiring for an AI-first services company building GenAI solutions for clients

Location: Remote (5 days a week)

CTC: Up to ₹40 LPA (fixed)

Notice Period: Immediate to 2 weeks preferred

About the role

We're hiring a senior engineer to lead the design of agentic and multi-agent AI systems for clients. This role focuses on architecture, system design, and leading teams .

What you'll do

- Design and own the architecture of agentic and multi-agent AI systems
- Work directly with clients and business teams to translate requirements into solutions
- Lead and mentor engineering teams through delivery

What we're looking for

- 7+ years of experience with strong backend and system design skills ( Python preferred )
- 1–2 years of hands-on AI project experience , ideally agentic or multi-agent systems
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases , and frameworks like LangGraph or MCP
- Experience leading teams and strong communication skills
