Key Responsibilities

- Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries using advanced features of PostgreSQL and Google BigQuery to support various analytical requirements.




- Develop and manage stored procedures, functions, CTEs, joins, window functions, and aggregations for efficient data analysis and reporting.
- Execute comprehensive data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis from diverse database sources to ensure data integrity.
- Design and automate daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System (MIS) and operational reports, significantly reducing manual reporting efforts.
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely, and insightful analytical reports to business stakeholders and management for informed decision-making.
- Proactively validate data accuracy, investigate any discrepancies, and address data-quality issues to maintain high standards of data reliability.
- Create and maintain reusable SQL scripts and procedures, enhancing reporting efficiency and standardization across the organization.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to thoroughly understand their data requirements and translate them into robust SQL-based solutions.
- Monitor automated reporting systems to ensure reports are delivered precisely and punctually, upholding critical business timelines.
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize existing queries and reporting processes, striving for improved performance and overall efficiency.

Requirements

- Proven expertise in PostgreSQL and Google BigQuery, demonstrating the ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with advanced SQL concepts, including Window Functions, Stored Procedures, Functions, CTEs, Joins, Subqueries,



and Aggregations.
- Solid experience in data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting data quality issues.
- Proficiency in report automation, MIS reporting, and developing operational reports.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau is highly preferred.
- Experience working with large datasets and a foundational understanding of ETL/data pipelines is a significant advantage.
