Cubemate AI is building an AI-powered execution platform that helps students, developers and professionals learn, build and execute real-world projects directly in the browser.

We are an early-stage, US/Chennai-based technology company looking for a marketing qualified who wants to build the marketing function from the ground up and grow with the company.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing / Growth Marketing professional with 7–15 years of experience who can take ownership of our marketing strategy, customer acquisition and brand growth.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants significantly more responsibility than a traditional marketing job.

You will work closely with the founder and have the opportunity to shape:

- Marketing and growth strategy
- Digital marketing and paid acquisition
- Content and social media strategy
- LinkedIn, Instagram, Google and Meta campaigns
- Student and developer community growth
- College/institution partnerships
- Influencer and creator partnerships
- Lead generation and conversion
- Brand positioning and messaging
- Marketing analytics and experimentation
- Go-to-market strategy for new products

What We're Looking For

- 7–15 years of relevant marketing experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and growth
- Experience with performance marketing and lead generation
- Ability to create and execute campaigns independently
- Solid communication and content skills




- Data-driven approach to measuring marketing performance
- Experience with B2B, SaaS, EdTech, technology or startup marketing is a strong advantage
- Comfortable working in an early-stage environment with limited bureaucracy
- Most importantly, an entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership

You don't need to know everything about AI. You need to know how to find the right audience, reach them, convert them and build a brand.

Compensation

- First year: Equity-based compensation
- From the second year: Salary-based compensation, negotiable based on performance and experience
- Opportunity for significantly increased responsibility and compensation as the company grows
- Strong performers can move into senior leadership roles very quickly
