Key responsibilities

- Lead the build-and-deploy effort and supervise the engineers, executing to the vendors architecture, patterns and standards.
- Own build quality and govern the codebase and its MLOps reviews, testing and evaluation discipline, secure coding.
- Stay hands-on: build the core components and reference implementations the team reuses.
- Mentor the team and support any AM personnel shadowing toward future ownership.

Required what you must be able to do

- 6–10 years in software / AI engineering with strong, recent hands-on coding.



Language open — Python preferred; strong C# / .NET or TypeScript equally welcome.
- Has built and shipped LLM / agentic systems to production — orchestration, RAG, tool / function calling, evaluation.
- Engineering rigour: code quality, testing, version control, CI/CD; able to own and govern a codebase and its MLOps.
- Able to be the technical counterpart to a partner’s architects — challenge a design and absorb it.
- Track record leading or supervising a build team; solid communication.
